he competition featured a variety of challenges, from traditional Nepali dishes to international cuisines, allowing participants to bring their unique flair to the table. Students were judged based on creativity, presentation, taste, and time management, with a panel of chefs and hospitality experts serving as adjudicators.

Not only did this competition give students the chance to enhance their practical skills, but it also acted as a platform for them to interact with industry professionals, gain valuable feedback, and build confidence in a real-world setting. One participant said, "This competition was an incredible experience—we learned so much and had so much fun experimenting with flavors and techniques!"
